sunbroadband is useless... sinasayang lang ang pera ng tao.. 1st, 2nd month ok na pero after that wala... kaya sa lahat ng kakilala ko although mura ang sun di ko nirerecommend at lahat ng sites ko sinasabi ko na better to use globe, smart at pldt kahit mahal ok yung connection hindi tulad ng sun na walang kwenta.. valenzuela lang kami ha pero ang connection 48 years bago ka matapos sa ginagawa mo dahil walang connection... magkakaroon for 15 min tapos halos 30 mins wala... hindi makapasok ng friendster ng yahoo etc... ang customer service wala ding silbi walang kwenta... sila pa galit pag nagrereklamo... sayang lang ang pera panay false advertisement at yang customer service nyo ayusin nyo... ang papangit ng ugali... WALANG KWENTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! try nyo pumunta ng mapulang lupa valenzuela ha dalhin nyo yang broadband nyo na walang silbi para malaman nyo sinasabi ko ciao...
Sun Broadband is absolutely pathetic!
I've been using SBW plan for about 6weeks, and I've never experienced 3G speed at all.
The average network speed is only 50kbps, and it's definitely not stable!
The signal is disconnected every 5hours, and I can't expect it to be connect again.
The worse thing is their attitude!
I've complained several times about this situation to the customer service via email,
but they replied me only auto-reply which said "will be on investigation. be patient please".
and that's all, no further process!!
This is really really useless!
If I were you, I'll never choose this kind of garbage broadband service!!
